If using the Lids Lab designs and/or fonts, I approve this logo to be produced as I created and understand that I will NOT receive a design proof.

If uploading my own logo in the Lids Lab, I understand that I will be sent a design proof to approve, and my order WILL NOT be produced until I have approved said design proof.
